I am not sure just how to express my views without pissing someone or many off, but here goes:
Currently, the things we (as a nation) are having to deal with which are monopolizing all news outlets at this time are a handful of pictures of prisoners who are being allegedly "mistreated" and "abused". I have seen pictures posed with the prisoners with bags over their head, stripped naked and exposed penises, tied up, etc. (Only recently have other allegations of other types of "abuse" surfaced)
Lets examine what most of us have already seen for a minute. A bag over the head. The head is still there and the prisoner is still alive. Tables turned, totally different outcome guaranteed. All the widdle penises are still in tact as well. Bottom line, none of the prisoners have been dismembered. As far as being tied to a bed, well personally, I kind of like being tied up, but that's just me and several thousand others.
Things like allegedly "no toilet provided", Come on, these people don't exactly worship the porcelin god. Even if they DID know how to use a toilet, do you think they would want to use it? Of course not, that would make life too easy and since they don't have any box cutters, bombs, knives, guns, playdoh, dildoh's or other weapons, they use what little ammo they have. The penis and the anus. I for one would not want to clean up after them day in and day out. I would probably want to cut their tongues out as well since I am sure the constant spitting and anti American drivel they spew about killing us day in and day out would wear on even the most dedicated and loyal American soldier. Oh and the "only one blanket" provided to them on cold nights..BOOF%$&INGHOO...Our soldiers have endured far worse conditions. Anyway, I am sure that there are worse things these prisoners do day on and out, but care not to think about it.
Now, there are things I cannot stand about the political abuse that is going on. What those US personnel did was WRONG WRONG WRONG. You NEVER EVER take pictures DUH. Personally I don't think they should be punished for what they DID, but for being STOOOOOOOOOPID and taking pictures. DUMB DUMB DUMB!
As soon as I saw the pics, I knew that this is exactly what these animals were waiting for, and the ONLY ones who have USED these pictures to further justify their political and religious agendas are the terrorists and yes, folks, the Democrats. ::::::::running::::::
The terrorists did not decapitate an American, they slowly sawed off his head. There is a difference. Pearl's death was almost immediate and though the details are gruesome, they don't come close to what was done to this poor guy. They are rejoicing their actions, celebrating and using this murder as a teaching tool for their young children.
Too many people are spending WAY too much time and effort justifying their views that we should pull out, that killing Iraqi civilians is WRONG, but the thing is, there are no CIVILians there, they are incapable, and by many of US citizens opposing so strongly, they are saying they do not support our troops as well as our president. No matter what my views are, whether I agree with what the President is doing, it's my duty to support him in his term thereby supporting our troops.
It's up to us to teach our children how precious our freedoms are, how quickly they can be compromised, and how we will always need people who are willing to die for those freedoms. This is accomplished by showing them how much we support those who are currently risking thier lives for our Country and respect and support the efforts of our President.
Anyway, I could ramble more but I'll spare everyone LOL
